Just wanted to tell you that I made the Buttermilk Chicken recipe last night. My husband LOVED it! He’s still raving about it this morning. I could eat chicken every meal but I have to work on it for my husband. The only thing I did different was I let the chicken sit in the buttermilk for about 3 hours. I had never done this before even though I had heard about it many times. Tender and juicy! Luckily we have leftovers for an easy warm up weeknight meal this coming week.
Thanks so much!
