This is my second blog post about popcorn and was sparked by the recent purchase of a bag of Rancho Gordo Crimson Popping Corn. I love popcorn and this variety makes me love it even more! The kernels pop up smaller than commercial brands and are packed with way more flavor and texture. It needs nothing more than a drizzle of good extra-virgin olive oil and some sea salt.
