I gave up processed sugar and wheat for Lent. That meant having to give up my rabbit pellet high fiber cereal. I have been eating this every morning for the last month and I'm not even close to being tired of it. It's just a couple of spoonfuls of Greek yogurt, 1 cut-up apple, a drizzle of honey and a pinch of pistachios. It keeps me satisfied well into lunchtime, and it's delicious. I haven't figured out a name for this yet, anyone have any ideas?

How about calling it a fruity breakfast sunday.

That looks delicious. Super easy too! Unfortunately I am not good at copy writing.

Ok first...yummy! Second, how about calling it Ambrosia Salad Revisited?

I do some variation of Greek yogurt + fruit + nut/granola a few days a week!
* pear, walnut and honey
* blueberries, almonds, maple syrup
* mixed berries, granola
* mango, shredded coconut

It sounds like a variation on Waldorf Salad. Maybe Schmaldorf Salad?

It's almost a Waldorf Salad but with Pistachios instead of Walnuts. I usually make these salads for lunch and bring some rolled up cold-cut meats and cheeses. Yum!

I vote for Happlegurt or Halgurt. Although, now that I think of it, those do not sound as if they are very appetizing names.

I substituted raw Agave syrup for honey, it's less sweet. I use Fage (fa-yay) yogurt; it is a Greek yogurt and has no sugar and low or no fat, its also a perfect substitute for sour cream. Unlike 'low fat' yogurt that is so tasteless.
This breakfast is very satisfying and it does last until lunch.
