I'VE WATCHED THE VIDEO, THE INGREDIENTS ARE DIFFERENT THEN VIDEO. HOW MUCH COCOA WAS PUT IN,THE RECIPE DOESN'T LIST IT.

I'm very sorry that the amount of cocoa is not included in John's video demonstration. Sometimes the television version differs slightly from our printed recipes. We are looking up that information for you, but in the meantime I would recommend following the recipe from the magazine--that cake is equally delicious (and you don't even need the cocoa!).
