Domilise's roast beef po boy.
Congrats Saints!!!!! Being amongst the best cities in the world for food and culture (and one of the best songs written by Steve Goodman) the city of New Orleans is a place I hold near and dear to my heart.

Parasols debris-style roast beef po' boy.
After Christmas, I spent a few days there to have some quiet time before getting back to the daily grind. I was on a particular mission: Find the best roast beef po' boy. A very difficult task, and definitely not for the faint of heart, this sandwich is a sum of all its perfect parts. I personally fell in love with Domilise's and Parasols. Both very different and very delicious in their own respect. The former is a sliced roast beef dressed with mayo, creole mustard and lettuce, the latter is a debris style that is dripping with gravy. Maybe I'll be back in the spring to find the best catfish po' boy. Hey, a girl can dream . . .
