I love the pictures and can't wait to try baking some of these cakes.when I first became a vegetarian~cake was the main thing I ate for dinner and I use to say "let them eat cake" like the famous Marie Antoinette quotation Now I think the more pop phrase is the cupcakes take over the earth-

How about gluten free cake baking..I sure do miss cake since I was diagnosed as gluten intolerant!
