Check out these amazing flowers I brought home from the April Everyday Food photo shoot - not only are they pretty to look at, but you can actually eat them too. They are a vegetable called flowering kale and are specifically cultivated for their ornamental leaves, but are just as edible as any other variety of kale. They'd make a great centerpiece for a holiday table -- find these and similar vegetables at flower markets, or even some supermarkets.
