
A family friend from my home town in Maryland is raising goats and making the most delicious fresh goat cheese. My parents came to visit last weekend and brought me a sample. It's mild and slightly tangy, floral and a little lemony. I've been enjoying it smeared on crackers or toast, drizzled with olive oil or honey.
