Fall is by far my favorite time of year. I love the weather, the leaves changing colors, the fruits and vegetables pouring into the farmers' market. I found these amazing carrots at our Union Square Greenmarket here in NYC on Saturday: yellow, white, red and orange, all with varying degrees of sweetness. I bought 2 big bunches and now I'm just trying to figure out what to make. I'm thinking curried carrot soup or maybe some sort of carrot cake. What do you think? Would you make with these beauties?

I recently made a sesame carrot salad with them (and also posted it on my blog). Not only are they gorgeous, but they are soooo good! http://agirlamarketameal.blogspot.com/2009/11/at-marketrainbow-carrots.html
